Join us for the second installment of the COPH Alumni Career Tune-Up series, featuring a two part recruiter-focused discussion designed to give alumni an inside look at today’s hiring landscape. This session will include professionals working in career development, human resources recruiting and talent acquisition, offering perspectives from across the hiring spectrum.

Through moderated questions, panelists will share practical insights on what recruiters look for in candidates, how hiring decisions are made and how to stand out at different stages of the job search. 

Topics for part 1 will include: 

  • Resume content and structure
  • Application process and how it has evolved since the last time you applied
  • Referrals and networking

Topics for part 2 will include: 

  • Hiring scams
  • Interviews
  • Compensation and total rewards

The session will conclude with an open Q&A, allowing attendees to engage directly with the panel and ask questions relevant to their own career paths.
