All ticket purchases are final. By purchasing and accepting ticket(s), you agree to abide by the rainout and postponement policies set forth by Major League Baseball and the New York Mets. The USF Alumni Association will not issue refunds or exchanges under any circumstances because the New York Chapter used operating funds to purchase ahead of time and subsidize costs for our alumni and guests. In the event of a rainout or postponement, the New York Alumni Chapter will make every effort to coordinate a rescheduled group outing. However, due to potential limitations in date and time availability, we cannot guarantee that an alternate group outing will be possible.
